What if I have a losing week?

You will. We all do. Markets don't go up in straight lines. We'll show you the loss, explain why it happened, and adjust if needed. Drawdown is part of trading — we manage it, we don't hide it.

What if the system stops working?

We monitor performance daily. If something breaks or stops performing to our standards, we pause trading immediately and communicate it. We've been doing this 4 years — we know when to step back.

What if I want to stop/withdraw?

You can withdraw your capital anytime (it's YOUR account, remember?). No lock-ins. No penalties. No guilt trips. If it's not working for you, we'll help you exit cleanly.

What if I have a problem and can't reach you?

We respond in under 2 hours during business hours (usually much faster). If there's a true emergency, we have phone support. We don't disappear — ever.

What if you shut down?

Your money is in YOUR broker account, not ours. If LTI disappeared tomorrow (we won't), your capital is safe and accessible. We have zero access to your funds.
